Outside Sales Account Representative - Wichita

As an AUS Account Representative, you will be interacting with potential customers every day. Working under the direction of your Sales Manager and closely with more experienced team members, your essential functions include: Making face to face sales calls with small to mid-sized accounts; Setting appointments by telephone prospecting for yourself and other sales executives; Developing and making presentations, presenting proposals to small and mid-sized customers; Updating sales automation software; Motivating the customer to action by positioning ARAMARK's features, advantages, and benefits to meet customer needs, using the consultative selling approach; Carrying out the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized accounts; Identifying larger account prospects and assisting the Account Executive in closing them. (This is not a vacant position and immediate openings may not be available. Candidates will be reviewed regularly for future openings.)
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years experience. Ideally, this will include business-to-business outside sales activities focused on new account generation, and preferably selling a service. You will have gained strong presentation and communication skills, enjoy working in a fun and competitive team environment, be proficient in the use of MS Office applications and Internet technologies, and have a strong track record of achievement. All Account Representatives must travel locally in order to visit prospective customers, therefore must have a valid driver's license.
