DSR is currently working with clients in a few industries to find Outside Sales Reps.  Each client is looking for top  business to business sales rep with a 1-4 yrs experience.  All positions are seeking candidates with BTB and NO PRIOR pharmaceutical sales experience.

Excellent Territories 

REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree (Required)
• 1-2 Outside Sales positions since college (no more then 2 jobs in 5 yrs)
• Must be in current role at least 1-2 yrs
• Must have a brag book with stats, rankings, quota achievements
• Must live in territory
• Must have a clean driving record (all clients do a background check)

OFFERING:

• Base to from $40,000 to $55,000/$60,000
• Yearly Bonus structure and/or uncapped commissions
• Year 1 Reps earn over $75,000-$80,000
• Uncapped Commissions
• Company Car -PHARMA Sales position ONLY
• Expense Account and/or Laptop, printer, mobile
• MOST Full Benefits Day 1 & Retirement, some clients 90 days
