We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for the position of COMMERCIAL LINES SALES AGENT.

Ideal candidates should have...

• 2-5 years in the Insurance Industry
• Be a self-starter
• The ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills
• College Degree – Preferred
• Property and Casualty license
  
• Life/Health License (Preferred, but not required)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities of the ASSOCIATE AGENT/SALES AGENT include, but are not limited to the following:

• Network and make contacts daily
• Develop all information and recommendation for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new account
• Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, agency and company personnel to minimize potentials for error and omissions claims
• Solicit referrals from existing agency accounts
• Achieve a balance in production to meet agency goals
