Outside Sales - B2B Sales Representative to $70k

New opportunity with national provider of outsourced business and payroll solutions.  With operations based here on the West Coast, our client has more than 30 locations and over 10,000 clients ranging from professional trade associations, national insurance carriers and high-volume nationwide retailers.  

We are currently seeking self-directed and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representatives to help grow our client’s Puget Sound client base.  As a Sales Representative with this organization you will work to develop a strong referral network among CPA’s, banks and current clientele. Your main goal in this role is to win business from the Company’s primary competitors and become the area’s preferred provider of payroll and human resources services.  This is an excellent opportunity with a growing organization; position has potential to grow into Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Foster revenue growth through presentation and sale of Company’s line of payroll and human resource services to targeted organizations up to 100 employees
• Continuously develop and grow sales pipeline through cold-calling, networking, referrals, prospecting and client retention efforts
• Develop long-standing relationships with key decision-makers to further develop Company as preferred brand in marketplace

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and sales experience
• Demonstrable history of success in high-activity outside, business-to-business sales role
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience
• Prior success in a quota driven sales environment
• High level prospecting and new business development skills
• Thrive in a competitive sales environment
