We’re seeking experienced and accomplished salespeople who excel in prospecting and developing new business. Must be a self-starter with impressive record of success in business product sales. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong work ethic and a passion to succeed.
This person will be responsible for developing new office furniture sales from companies and institutions that are expanding, relocating, or renovating. It requires a concentrated and sustained effort in prospecting and qualifying company owners and business leaders.
Candidate will need to become knowledgeable about all types of office furniture offered.
Reports to company president.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
· 4 year college degree
· No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
· Experience to include formal selling to senior level managers and/or company owners. Must have solid presentation skills.
· Sales experience that includes networking, lead development and regular phone prospecting.
· High level of persistence with proven ability to respond to classic objections.
· Experience to include referral marketing and business lead networking.

Compensation
Compensation is straight commission with significant earnings potential that should range from $60,000 to over $100,000. Bonus incentives during first six(6) months. Great ground floor opportunity for management advancement.
After 90 days, employees are eligible for comprehensive medical plan, vacation plan. Company reimburses for local mileage, cell phone, and customer entertainment.
