Compensation Plan: 

 

Some of our top IMC’s have earned $150,000 + during the first 12-18 months.  Our sales professionals are offered a package that consists of a base salary; an expense reimbursement plan and an aggressive residual paid commission plan.  IMC’s have the opportunity to build their  book of business with ReachLocal.  We do not rotate or shuffle accounts and our commissions are uncapped.  

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience with a quantifiable track record of success.  Previous Print Advertising, Internet Advertising in the media arena would be a plus.   
  • 2+ years experience making outbound calls prospecting to small and medium businesses via cold calling and networking.
  • Ability to execute day-to-day call cycle management, using a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales philosophies to highly technical consultative sales techniques.

·         High customer orientation and self motivation.

·         Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning.
