Field Sales Representative-Financial Services
Sales Partnerships is a professional sales outsourcing company -- one of a handful in the United States. We are contracted by our clients in long term contracts to field and manage teams of sales personnel to carry out that strategy. We've been in business for 14 years and we work with companies in a number of industries including energy, finance, IT, aviation, advertising, and business process outsourcing. Our sales reps are NOT contractors; they are employees of Sales Partnerships and through us, serve as direct representation for our clients. We are hired because SPI's specialized approach allows sales performance at some of the highest levels in the country.
Sales Partnerships, Inc is looking for someone who hunts new business while bringing a consultative approach. This full-time, salaried position is perfect for someone with cold calling experience in the field. Our client is an internationally known company that offers full-service products to the SMB market. (Please note: this is NOT merchant services or insurance sales.)
Field Consultant -- Financial Services
As a field sales representative, you'll work closely with business owners or managers to implement financial strategies that will help them grow their business. You're the vital link in making sure that the products we offer meet their needs.
Being a Field Consultant isn't easy. In fact, it's pretty challenging. We offer a comprehensive development program that includes classroom and on-the-job training activities. An experienced Field Consultant will work closely with you throughout your training program.
What Will You Do?
• Visit 30 -- 40 businesses each day.
• Work with business owners or operators to identify their financial needs and develop a solution.
• Monitor all aspects of your own daily activity using our CRM.
• Initiate and close deals in person in your assigned territory.
Getting There

The Field Consultant training program combines classroom and field training in product concepts, selling solutions and consulting. Next you'll turn principle into practice as you manage your own territory and gain valuable first-hand experience.
Are You Ready? The Field Consultant position requires the following:
• Two to three years business-to-business cold calling experience
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close business in 3 or fewer visits
• Ability to work independently in your territory
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
