We’re looking for relentless sales professionals who are motivated to win, thrive on building mutually beneficial relationships with their customers that really help their customers find strategic solutions that fulfill their business needs. 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD SALES PROFESSIONAL

     • Visit 30 – 40 businesses within your assigned territory

     • Build relationships with key business owners or decision makers to identify their financial

        needs and develop a solution.

     • Utilize the CRM to manage your schedule, keep track of appointments, sales and plan your

        territory management.

     • Initiate and close deals in person

The Field Consultant training program combines classroom and field training in product concepts, selling solutions and consulting. Next you'll turn principle into practice as you manage your own territory and gain valuable first-hand experience.

 

QUALITIES OF AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE

     • B2B sales experience

     • The ability and drive to meet monthly sales goals

     • Skilled in using consultative sales techniques to successfully close the sale

     • Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity and professionalism

     • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and auto insurance

     • Ability to work independently in your territory

     • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills

     • Desire to be part of a performance-driven team

     • Able to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen required
