QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative to develop our Phoenix, AZ territory. This position provides the unique opportunity to sell customized polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions to a broad spectrum of industrial manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Sales person will be responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings.
• Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstration.
• Sales calls deal directly with end users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers.
• Primary sales focus is on various manufacturing/industrial environments throughout the territory. Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional work ethic and a strong self-driven motivation to be a top performer and achiever
• 2 - 5 years of outside sales experience preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Successful sales history with solid qualifying and closing ability skills
• Disciplined time and territory management skills
• Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
• Hands-on type of personality
• College degree preferred, but not required
