IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

Outside Sales Reps. – Kansas City

 

Are you a driven, high-energy, business-to-business (B2B) sales professional living in the Kansas City area?  Do you have a passion for success and the proven ability to close business?

We are currently looking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our very successful sales team in the Kansas City Market!

As an Outside Sales Representative with our company, your focus is to close new contract business. Our ideal candidate will conduct follow-up activities with potential clients via the telephone, makes on-site sales presentations, forecast business, and consistently maintain high sales activities and sales quotas. 
Candidates will also be responsible for completing daily sales and lead reports that will track day-to-day activities and monthly quotas.


This position is a fixed compensation plus commission, bonuses and expenses position.  You will have the opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses.   First year earnings over $60K!

 

EDUCATION:

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and or business preferred, or work equivalent.  Experience must be in the sales field.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.  Experience selling B2B required.

 

Must have abilities gained through experience such as:

·        Proven ability to close business for services.

·        Proven ability to make cold calls and to dig through various organizations to establish the appropriate contact (s).

·        Proven ability to connect and talk with high-level managers and owners at client companies.

·        Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate into “best fitting” offering or product.

·        Proven ability to work in concert with Sales Manager.

 

Must be aggressive, high energy and willing to do what it takes to become successful.
