•The Outside Sales Manager solicits new and existing properties,entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. 

•Must be self motivated to solicit new and existing accounts through outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communications.

•Must have two year experience in social arena, hospitality, and cultural social events.

•Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Prepare correspondence to clients, internal booking reports, and excellent file maintenance.

•Participates in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required.

•Works with other departments within the staffing company to provide quality service to clients.

•Attend community and social events and industry meetings.

•Must be present at some weekend events.

•Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

•This position is designated for a professional who desires a successful career in the Hotel/Rest/Tourism industry.  The candidate should have a strong desire to be the best in their field, demonstrate strong revenue production, and be developed as a future leader.

•As Outside Sales Manager you must have the ability to establish strong relationships with clients and the ability to build trust and rapport.

•Fluent in Spanish and English is highly sought
