Established Sales Reps are compensated fully by commission. We have a training/learning period for new sales reps. During this period we compensate new reps differently from established reps. New Reps begin on a salary the first month. The second month, the salary reduces and is replaced by a small commission rate. This process continues until a salesperson is established and is working on full commission. There is training for new reps. However, what must be learned is product knowledge that must be self-taught. Established sales reps can earn $100K to $200K annually after several years successful experience. This is not guaranteed as it is a fully commission job. Our commission rate is among the highest in our industry. Potential for high income after 2-year training period depending on dedication and efforts. Income directly reflects efforts expended. Because the compensation rate for account managers is so high, there is no benefit package available. This is a career position. Our retention rate for successful account managers is almost 100%.
