We are a 30 year old Industrial/Commercial ReRoofing contractor located in Macon Ga. We are currently accepting resumes for a seasoned outside sales representative. Territories would include but not be limited to the southeast area including Ga, AL, FL, MS, TN. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

*Advanced lead development skills

*Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with multiple clients

*Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

*Must have refined verbal and "active" listening skills that must involve questioning techniques

*Business like, professional appearance

*CAD / AutoSketch experience is preferred

*Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with clients and colleagues

*Must be detailed oriented, responsive, and have effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills

*Strong work ethic and desire to succeed

*Industrial/Commercial roof assessment is necessary, candidate must be physically fit and able to climb ladders

*Basic math and measuring skills required

*Must be able to determine material quantities and assist in producing proposals

*MUST have closing skills

We have an in house marketing department and support staff readily available to help the right candidate to achieve their goals and to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
