Signtronix is actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell our premium sign and storefront marketing products. We’ve built over half a million signs for our customers in our 50 year history. Our customers are very happy because we help them increase exposure to their business every day with better signage.

It is common for our Outside Sales Representatives to earn between $1,000 to $1,500 per week. Your commission is paid to you immediately upon making the sale. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn $2,000 to $5,000 more in monthly bonus money. This is a position that truly offers unlimited earning potential because it is a commission only compensation with no earning caps whatsoever.We believe YOU should dictate what you’re worth – not the company you work for.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell to the small business market. A typical day includes driving around to meet with customers such as your local florist or auto body shop.

• We have a comprehensive training and orientation program which teaches our people to use a consultative selling approach to independent retail business owners.

• Our method of prospecting utilizes a combination of leads, referrals and direct calls.

• We promote our management from within. This position is typically a stepping stone to our District and Regional Manager positions.

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE

• We are looking for people who have a strong empathy for their customer, great pride in the product they are selling, and a tremendous work ethic.

• Previous sales experience is not mandatory, but of course is very helpful during your initial stages of training. Our training programs make it possible for those without previous sales experience to get up to speed quickly and thrive in this position.

• Our sales representatives come to us with a wide range of talent and experience. Most of them are competitive people with a desire to build a great career while earning the income they deserve.
