Job purpose: To efficiently manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory.  Align your work within the companies’ vision, values, and structured sales process for the achievement of prospect acquisition, revenue generation, customer penetration, customer satisfaction, and margin management.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Maintain daily activities using a customized CRM platform.
Demonstrate ability to have a consultative sales approach and make recommendation to prospects and clients of the various solutions you or even other companies can offer them.
Carry on an intelligent business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
Demonstrate knowledge to understand all aspects of the procurement process within many types of organizations.
Develop a database of leads to various activities such as phone prospecting, e-mail marketing, and networking.
Meet monthly and weekly quotas:
Phone Prospecting
Prospect Visits
Customer Penetration Presentations
Business Review Presentations
New Business Acquisition
Reoccurring Business
Efficiently work all opportunities through the sales funnel.
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems and an effective solution to their problems.
Develop personalized and innovative approaches to reaching prospects.
Respond to and solve and customers request or issues.
Carry out market and competitor research and customer surveys.
Attend any and all training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Develop annual budget and business plan in conjunction with Sales Manger, which details key activities to insure account executive meets or exceeds sale quota.
