United Site Services, an industry leader in the portable sanitation services, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist for the greater Miami market. This person will be responsible for selling services to both commercial and residential contractors.  In addition, individual will be marketing and selling our services for Special Events. Successful candidate will focus on generating new accounts in all markets along with growing existing account revenues.  This position requires a person with the drive to make face to face cold calls on a daily basis to seek out decision makers to secure new business.  In addition to cold calls, this applicant must be experienced with a CRM program and working with construction lead information along with great computer skills.  Individual must have great communication skills to build rapport with a field superintendent, VP of Purchasing or event planner.  The applicant must have the ability to be flexible with day to day activities along with being well organized, aggressive and a self-starter in this fast pace position.  The "Team Player" attitude is a must for this position.  College degree preferred.
