About the Job

P & C PROPERTY CLAIMS MANAGER

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial property claims, including building, BPP, tow, trucking and commercial auto.  Managerial experience is preferred but is not required.  Proficiency in assigning and analyzing investigations, evaluating coverage, evaluating liability, determining loss value, and superior negotiation skills are required.  Candidates must also be experienced in legal protocol and in handling cases that are in litigation.  We foster an environment that encourages the professional development of all employees, so managers are expected to constantly train, promote and to discipline staff.    In addition to having managerial responsibilities, this position will have a small pending of complex cases.  The successful candidate must help assure compliance with relevant regulatory law and with the company’s contractual and legal obligations.
