As Catering Sales and MarketingManager  you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing sales plans for the catering business of the store. Emphasis is on catering orders from local businesses. Success will be based on your ability to identify potential business leads within the market area and pro-actively and creatively pursue these leads to result in catering sales.

Secondary responsibilities include working within the store to ensure the successful organization and execution of daily cateringordersas well as growing the brand through community involvement and promotions. This job is moderately self-managed and promotes creative thinking and independent work.
