The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) acts as an extension of the business travelers by ensuring that airport customers are able to utilize/purchase all of the office services and accessories that they would in their home office, while travelling in the airports through a clean, professional and friendly environment.  The CSR becomes a critical player in delivering the “wow” service.  “Wow” serves as the cornerstone of Regus Express’ philosophy of consistently delivering a superior customer experience.  Ultimately, the actions and service provided by the CSR, are the catalyst for providing customers with a reason to come to Regus Express, the reason to shop at Regus Express, and the reasons to return to Regus Express. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as a primary resource in assisting travelers within the airports; whether encouraging travelers to utilize an office/meeting room, showing a client our workstations and explaining the benefits/services/cost structure, trouble shooting basic technical issues, suggestive selling retail products to accommodate their needs, or assisting with copies/printing/administrative tasks.
  • Provide that “wow” factor to our clients by taking pride in continually keeping the store “show ready” by ensuring the workstations, work surfaces, monitors/computers, conference rooms, printers, faxes and other common areas/supplies are spotless, stocked and prepared for our next guests at all times.
  • Serves as a resource for customers seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
  • The CSR becomes an extension of our clients by serving as their personal shopping assistant by assisting them in finding the right retail product, ensuring that it is compatible with any other products they already have, suggestive selling any additional products they might benefit from and ensuring that they are able to concentrate on their work, while we manage their office/retail needs.
  • The CSR is responsible for checking in and out each customer, including accurately completing registration forms for all clients, apprising management of current inventory status in order to ensure that we are always prepared for our next guest, managing cash drawers each shift/day to balance all transactions including cash, checks, travels checks and credit cards and following all local airport rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our customers, always going above and beyond.
  • Provide the image and service representative of a million dollar business center through smiling, professionally greeting business travelers, communicating clearly and effectively, taking pride in the store appearance and enjoying a professional business environment.
  • Other duties as assigned and trained by management.

 

 

 

Key Position Requirement

  • Prior work experience in a retail/sales industry within an airport preferred
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of operating a PC, including internet, various software program, such as MS Office; troubleshooting a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability/desire to be friendly and outgoing with customers walking through the airport
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including days weekends, evening and holidays
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Compliance with company dress code and policies at all times
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
