The Sun Products Corporation is a leading provider of Laundry detergent and fabric softeners and related household and personal care products in the North American market.  Sun Products includes the leading mid-tier brand all®, as well as well-known brands such as Snuggle®, Sun®, Wisk®, Sunlight® (Canada) and Surf®.  In addition, Sun Products is the private label manufacturing partner for the majority of North American retailers.

We are seeking the following experienced candidate for our Baltimore, MD facility•  

                          PACKAGING SYSTEM ENGINEER

This position is responsible for managing the development, planning and execution of all packaging related projects, and providing operational assistance to plant maintenance, planning and manufacturing.

Education, Experience and Training Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience

•          Seven to ten years of Engineering Experience

•          Manufacturing, PLC and Controls background a plus

•          Technical expertise to include:

•          Packaging Engineering, Reliability, Maintenance, and Manufacturing knowledge

•          Reliability and Maintenance knotion processes

•          Technical Root Cause Problem-Solving

•          Good Organization Skills

•          Detail-Oriented

The successful candidate must be able to travel to other Sun Products sites, third-party locations and suppliers as required.
