Store Management position:

• Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 10+ full and part-time associates.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years experience in a retail management position - preferably Fine Jewelry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well versed in duty delegation. 
• Knowledge of retail operations, human resources and inventory control.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Personal computer and analytical skills.
