DESKTOP PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The selcted candidate will report directly to the CTO and perform all IT related functions including but not limited to responding to all desk side needs of the company. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange are required as Symantec Endpoint Security and Microsoft patch management. The needs of this position are likely to grow and the ideal candidate will be able to grow with the position. A car and driver’s license are also required as travel will be required between all of the local offices and warehouses.
REQUIREMENTS
An Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
2 years hands-on PC desktop support, in a corporate Windows environment.
HW and SW problem solving skills. Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
Experience supporting an MS Office suite and Outlook environment.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
