Job Purpose: Provides first-level PC and network support to users by researching and answering questions; resolving problems. Support is for Microsoft and Cisco Systems operating systems and applications.
Duties: * Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
* Improves client systems by writing and maintaining documentation.
* Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
