The ideal Candidate will have excellent organizational skills and must have 2-4 years of technical experience.

• Level 2 help desk for Desktops and Laptops in Armonk and various remote locations
• Changes daily backup tapes and monitor backup programs
• Adds new user AD accounts / deletes departing users’ accounts
• All Desktop/Laptop setups/configurations
• Installs all hardware and software at user level
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance

• A+ Certification required
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Knowledge of various hardware and software  
• Must have good written and oral communication
• Experienced with Active Directory
