Personal Computer (PC) Support Specialist:
Senior Skill Level: 5-8 years experience.
Role: Installs microcomputer hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages, such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Provides training and technical assistance to users. Identifies and resolves hardware, software and operator problems, makes minor repairs, or refers to service personnel.
