Systems – Desktop Solutions and Support
The Team:
Technical expertise. Good communication skills. The ability to analyze and solve problems. These are some of the characteristics members of our IT team share. They use these skills to manage advanced technologies in all aspects of computer network, telecommunications, and business application development. We are looking for people who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for designing, developing, and supporting new applications and computer systems technologies.
Responsibilities
Provide hardware and software support for PCs.
Perform troubleshooting, installation, and upgrade services as needed.
Organize and implement project plans and make improvements and recommendations as needed.
Configure workstations to end user specifications.
Support Blackberry devices.
Create Active Directory logins and mailboxes; manage distribution lists.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a PC Technician working specifically with hardware and software support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be a team player.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Recommended Qualifications
Two to four years of experience with helpdesk and/or end user support.
A+ or similar certification.
Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
