Technisource is currently seeking a Printed Circuit Board Designer for a contract opportunity in the Eastern Iowa area. This position requires a highly motivated Printed Circuit Board Designer who is eager to work in a team environment designing printed circuit boards to be used in aircraft oxygen systems. Initial tasks include a proof on concept project, and then responsible for redesigning an analog board to miniturize it and to add a processor to it. Also responsible for schematic capture and circuit board layout using Cadence OrCAD, version 16, tool suite. Additional tasks include Testing and Electrical Circuit Design. Specific experience with OrCAD Layout, OrCAD Schematic Capture and/or OrCAD Printed Circuit Board Designer (all v. 16) is very helpful. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to be successful. The candidate will be working in a team environment and will be expected to interface with other team members on design practices. Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field.
