General Management:  Our General Management service line prepares our junior practitioners to be
CXO-level advisors by exposing them to a broad range of experiences across service lines and industry sectors.

Position Description/Performance Profile: 
 
Perform a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently.  Candidate must be well organized, flexible and able to excel in a challenging and rewarding global environment that supports a diverse program and dynamic executives.  Responsibilities will include the following:
·         Making travel and meeting arrangements through Defense Travel System (DTS)
·         Preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations
·         Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
·         Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants
·         Provide assistance as needed with research for products and services and product
development
·         Greet and direct office visitors
·         Answer main office telephone system
·         Respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff
·         Assist with review of administrative procedures and development of systems to assure compliance by all staff
·         Act as liaison between higher/adjacent organizations on all administrative matters
·         Maintain master calendar for Program Manager.
·         Maintain inventory for office supplies
·         Coordinate materials for meetings and training sessions and other activities of the organization
·         Provide meeting support as needed (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics)
·         Maintain database Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
 
 
Position-specific Required Skills:
- Strong computer and internet research skill
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Office,
including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.  
 
Position-specific Desired Skills:  
·         Strong ability to plan and coordinate meetings and special events.
·         Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to create and write collateral material.
·         Superior interpersonal skills including excellent telephone manner, relationship development ability, team spirit, positive attitude, and ability to anticipate needs.
·         Excellent knowledge of principles of administration, including organizational and planning skills, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing/workload.
·         Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
·         Experience scheduling travel arrangements for
management.
 
Logistics: 
- Minimal travel if any required.
