PET Leader (plastic bottles, supervision and 4 yr. degree)
About the Job
We are looking for a strong combination of technical PET plastic bottle blow molding and team-oriented people leadership. You will be pleased to learn about this well branded company and growth.
You will directly supervise the plant's blow molding (Sidel, Husky) operations in a non-union work environment.
We would like to consider your background, if you have the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, prefer an Engineering major
- Likely you are currently employed as a Production Manager, Maintenance Manager or super-star Supervisor at a plastic container manufacturer.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years as an Maintenance / Production Leader (supervising 30 to 35 mechanics, electricians and operators) in high speed manufacturing.
- Must have some prior experience with plastic bottle manufacturing (Sidel, Husky)
- Demonstrated ability to develop direct reports and department
- Technical experience hands-on - CMMS, TPM, AM, PLC's, mechanical, electrical
- We are not looking for someone that has had multiple company changes to advance a career
- Enjoy relocation to Eastern PA area within 30 days of hire (relocation assistance available, no home buy out)
