We need you more for management skills than programming perfection. Being able to program well is required, but our primary goal is to find someone who can manage other programmers' time and quality effectively. We are a for-profit business, and your work needs to reach that end; if you feel the need to back-validate existing code, you aren't the type of employee we need. If you refuse to use a table layout when it would save us a lot of time and money, you aren't the type of employee we need.

If you can look at a project objectively and find the most efficient solution while still keeping quality in mind, we need you.

Duties:

• Be assigned projects and see them through to completion
• Distributing tasks and managing time of programmers
• Coding
• Some database management, including maintaining a test server

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PHP, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL, and CSS
• Can delegate effectively
• Able to maintain a business perspective - Managing cost/benefit ratios and keeping long-term goals in mind

Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Mon-Fri

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000/yr depending on experience
