PI Secretary

Boutique Costa Mesa law firm has an excellent opportunity for a sharp and dedicated Personal Injury Legal Secretary with 2+ years of law firm experience. The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of personal injury and strength in managing the calendar, filing with the courts, e-filing, scheduling depositions, etc.  Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required.  Hours are 8-5 or 8:30 - 5:30 and dress is business casual.  This position will support four very nice attorneys in a great team environment.  A competitive compensation and benefits plan are offered.
