West Point Products, a division of Clover Technologies Group, is currently seeking experienced professionals to assume the position of Warehouse Supervisor.  We have an opening on our AM Shift, and an opening on our PM Shift, at our Distribution Center in Washington, PA.  The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all associates follow and adhere to all processes and procedures in the distribution center. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

1.    Responsible for training, cross-training, and performance of all hourly associates. 

2.    Monitor and provide continuous feedback to associates, assess strengths and weaknesses, while developing and initiating corrective training.

3.    Manage and communicate work assignments during the shift.

4.    Maintain warehouse cleanliness through consistent monitoring and coaching of associates, ensuring that all products are accounted for and in its proper place.

5.    Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.

6.    Manage daily workflow to ensure appropriate personnel are placed strategically to maximize output.

7.    Continually evaluate internal processes and materials and conduct external research to improve the warehouse operations.

8.    Measure team productivity and quality performances on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

1. Minimum 2-5 years supervisory experience in a high volume warehouse operation
2. High School diploma or equivalent - some college preferred
3. Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team
4. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to use a forklift preferred, but not required
