Job Description
· Knowledge of principles and practices of project management as they are related to the nine project management knowledge areas in the PMBOK
· Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and modeling approaches, methodologies, tools, and techniques
· Experience managing and developing project plans and resources assignments for large-scale, complex, ERP projects
· Experience managing every phase of the system development life cycle, from requirements through implementation
· Experience establishing a Project Management Office for a project or business unit
· Experience tracking and maintaining project schedules, risk logs, issues logs, quality assurance plans and stakeholder communications
· Ability to manage, direct and coordinate activities of resources with project management and business analyst functions
· Ability to facilitate regular weekly status meetings and concisely report on project health
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with associates and colleagues
· Strong conflict resolution and mentoring ability
· Excellent personal and organizational skills
· Clear and easily understood verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
· Must be a PMI certified PMP.
· At least five (5) years of experience in project management, with full accountability, for implementing at least two enterprise applications of comparable size and complexity within the last 5 years, from inception to complete implementation.
· Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
