- Maintaining and managing project plans, including dependencies
- Hold review meetings with central PMO Planner
- Provide general PMO assistance to workstream leads including ad-hoc reports / presentations / actions
- Manage inter-project dependencies to ensure integration of work activities and satisfaction of business objectives
- Coordinate meetings to obtain plan updates
- Develop weekly status reports for the PMO lead.
- Support workstream sharepoint site
- Other duties as assigned
- Understand project management concepts / methodologies
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project
- Numerate and able to interpret financial data quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others at all levels
- Highly delivery focused with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Sharepoint 2007 is a plus
- Project Management Certification a plus
