PNC Investments-Regional Sales Manager-Philadelphia

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be joining PNC Investments which offers PNC clients a full range of financial products including non- FDIC Insured stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Our Financial Consultants create strategies that match our client's unique financial goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance with the appropriate investment products and services. Our clients entrust their investing needs to PNC Investments because we have the essential experience, knowledge and training to help them meet their financial goals. We understand the financial goals of our clients will continually change and they will require a dynamic selection of investment choices to keep pace. PNC Investments offers a full range of investment products and services as well as the expertise to help guide our client's selection. You'll be based in the Philadelphia Market. In a typical day as a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and direct all investment sales and service activities within your assigned region. You will use your supervisory experience and leadership skills to provide guidance, motivation and support to the Financial Advisors in the Philadelphia market. You will serves as role model and promoter of Investment programs by maintaining a high level of visibility with Financial Advisors as well as at bank functions. All of this will be achieved by ensuring the highest levels of service throughout the region while focusing on increased customer satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - 7+ years of direct leadership and management experience within the securities, bank brokerage and investments environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but is optional based on the level of experience.
- Travel is required throughout the region, as well as in the territory/footprint, as necessary.
- The required professional licenses and certifications for this position include the FINRA Series 7, 66 or (63 & 65) and any of these combinations: FINRA Series (4,24,53) or (9,10) or (8). Candidates should already possess these licenses or be willing to obtain them within 90 days from the date of hire.
