Location:  Hartford, CT

An established and growing Point of Purchase Display manufacturer in the northeastern United States is looking to add a structural POP designer to their design team. 

The qualified candidate must possess experience within the temporary POP display industry working with corrugated and folding paperboard as well as vacuum-formed plastics.  Graphics and packaging design is a plus.  You must have a familiarity with Artios CAD and work well in a team environment.  Additional knowledge of Solidworks, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop is beneficial.

Duties include:

• Sketching and computer rendering
• Conceptualizing designs
• Creating estimating specifications
• Drawing up assembly instructions
• Mocking-up displays
• Working on the cutting table
• Working with sales and customers to create functional and appealing designs
