POS Application Specialist

JoS. A. Bank Clothiers is one of the nation’s fastest growing men’s specialty retailers.  To support the growth of our company, we have a great opportunity for a POS Application Specialist.

This position will be responsible for assisting the Director of POS Systems for application configuration and support of existing and new POS software. This position requires the technical expertise to support all POS related systems and manages ongoing POS production platforms and processes (Connect Remote, Tradewind/Center). This position will support the POS help desk, on occasion assist in the repair and maintain computers, assist in the staging process of new and existing store computers, travel to new store openings and train new store employees. Weekend, holiday and extended time zone support is frequently required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows, Hardware Configuration, Computer Setup, and Maintenance and Repair.
