JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS · Fluent in written and spoken English/Spanish · Have an undergraduate degree from a U.S. accredited college or university · Hold U.S. Citizenship, Residency or Work Authorization Managers (7+ years exp) and Senior Account Executives (3 years exp) · Public relations or marketing communications experience on the agency side of the business, preferably working with large multinational companies and brands. · Excellent English writing skills; able to write and edit professional business correspondence; experience preparing proposals, budgets, and presentations for clients. Journalism experience a big plus. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with project management experience and the ability to manage numerous staff and projects simultaneously. · Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of managing an account team and building successful relations with clients, colleagues and staff. · Management candidates should be able to demonstrate a solid record of client and staff management as well as strong business development experience. Associates: (1-3 years exp) · One to three years of public relations, marketing services, advertising or professional journalism experience. · Excellent English writing skills · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail We manage the entire search process using the online services of Monster.
