Responsibilities:

Reporting to the President/Principal of our parent company, this executive will coordinate and administer all activities of the company, and has full responsibility for Construction Management and Owner Representation services of the Company using the company’s established systems, processes and procedures. The President is accountable to principals of the parent company and to clients.  The President will provide stewardship to maintain the reputation and standing of the company in the community and ensure the long term financial success of the company. The President will be expected to support open communication and teamwork which are hallmarks of the parent company.
