With the addition of our business we have a new opportunity available for an enthusiastic and experienced; in our Technical Center located in McDonough GA: PROCESS TECHNICIAN/STRETCH BLOW MOLDING: 

Main Purpose of the Job:

Responsibilities include developing Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) processes and conducting samplings for new bottle developments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Perform Unit cavity samplings on SBM Development machine. Setup, adjust and optimize process conditions.

Ø  Optimize processes to receive peak performance (Quality and Productivity)

Ø  Conduct production mold qualification procedures.

Ø  Maintain development and process documentation

Ø  Maintain inventory list of resin, colorant, molds, etc

Ø  Supervising orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and tools

Ø  Assist with preventative maintenance activities on machines

Ø  To perform any other duties in connection with the job that may from time to time be reasonably required by supervision and which are consistent with the “Main Purpose of the Job”.

Experience Preferred:

Ø  "Hands on" PET Stretch Blow Molding experience

Ø  Strong familiarity with PET materials, colors and additives

Ø  Must have analytical problem solving  and troubleshooting skills

Ø  Experienced in either Hydraulik, Pneumatic, or Electric/Electronic systems

Qualification/Skills:

Ø  Effectively work within a Team environment

Ø  Effectively manages time as a resource. Gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term priorities.

Ø  Must have flexible work availability.

Ø  Ability to prioritize, plan and execute duties with minimal supervision

Ø  Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for a minimum of 10 hours.
