PROCESS TECHNICIAN - EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING
FROM $16/HR - $22/HR

Description of the Role:
We are immediately searching for skilled and enthusiastic individuals with experience in Extrusion Blow Molding. All shifts available. Must thrive in a fast paced environment, willing to take on additional responsibility and seek a long term career opportunity.
Primary Responsiblities:
- Maximize performance of blow mold equipment
- Perform daily set-up, change-overs and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks and implement corrective action as necessary
- Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent failure of equipment
- Preserve blow mold equipment through proper cleaning
- Produce quality bottles through tight monitoring of process, raw materials and finished product
- Adhere to good housekeeping and GMP Adhere to all company safety practices and policies
Qualifications and Expectations
- At least 3 years experience with Blow Molding Bottles of different sizes
- Comprehensive understanding of Extrusion Blow Mold Operations – Uniloy or Bekum experience a plus
- Technical college or courses in machine trades an asset
- Electrical and hydraulic experience a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to work any shift assigned
