PRODUCT MANAGER
Description: Some of your key responsibilities will include:
oCreate and maintain the long term Business strategy to be used as the basis for subsequent annual operating plan activity and product implementations over the planning period for your product lines. oIdentify, pursue and manage strategic relationships for your product lines oDetermine the general direction of you product lines marketing research and forecasting. function oDevelop and implement strategic plans to provide globally competitive products and market share growth. oAssure that we provide customer solutions and meet customer needs in quality, delivery and service. oEstablish product and market objectives to meet existing and anticipated customer requirements. oLaunch new products through close coordination with commercial marketing, field sales and distributors. oSupervise the development of expense and capital equipment budgets for the Business.
Qualifications: oBachelors degree in Business or Technical fields, or equivalent experience in industry. oMust have managed a Global product line oMust have a background in limit Switches, sensors or the Industrial Automation space - Must have a strong Product Marketing background specifically as it relates to defining Business and product strategies, partnering and functioning in the Global market space oMust be an energetic leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
