PRODUCTION
COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicate
all pertinent information to vendors to ensure
pricing is accurate (linesheets, design cards, yields,
units, and fabric cost)

- Enter
all confirmed costs into the database
in timely manner

- Work
closely with fabric research department to oversee
fabric approval and lab dip process once line is presented

- Facilitate
all fabric and trim coordination for production,
including purchases, development, and tracking deliveries

- Approve
all fabric and trim lab approvals
for production

- Negotiate
cost and delivery

-  Facilitate
communication between vendors/agents and various
departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum
three years prior experience

- Strong
organizational ability

- Excellent
communication skills

- Computer
ability (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
