QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 + years experience as a Production Supervisor within Aseptic Sterile fill manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science preferred
• Can show at least one promotion from current company
• Able to lead a group of production and packaging operators in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products while maintaining all FDA and cGMP compliance
• Experienced with managing, scheduling, and staffing to meet production goals
• Able to lead a group of union employees and perform necessary coaching and counseling to train and maximize efforts of the team 
• Able to manage all documentation and ensure all cGMPs and SOPs are followed
• Can provide examples of increasing productivity and increasing quality
