We are Looking for P.M. or Program Manager that can start right away that can manage the standup and implementation of our call mgmt platform - Remedy helpdesk tool and other tools on top of that - ITIL processes, very STRONG LEADER, can organize - rather aggressive timeline - understands ITIL - not necessarily understand how remedy works - stand up servers and all infrastructure and get the tool implemented - 6 month project - high profile and quick turnaround - take no prisoners - need a type A - drive the process - hard - very aggressive timeline
