Currently we are seeking Program Manager to work in our ISS Division

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and administers tasks and personnel required to support SPAWAR Atlantic for the Joint Explosive Ordinance.
• Disposal (JEOD) Very Small Aperture Satellite Terminal (VSAT) program - Responsible for day-to-day tactical duties for a fast moving and dynamic program.
• Will provide functional and technical guidance to engineering staff and management.
• Must demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products and program/project conclusions on time and within budget.
• Must be familiar with military acquisition systems and possess the ability to supervise the preparation and submission of forms and reports required by applicable directives.
• Organize and host meetings to pass information and assign tasks to move the project forward.
• Ability to multi-task and work many sub-projects relative to the main effort.
• Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of general management principles and personnel management is essential.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Science or other technical area.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in a management position that requires dealing with Communications, Cryptographic and related C4I systems.
• General knowledge of all aspects of satellite communications.
• Experience with .9M VSAT COTS transit cased systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Project 
• An advanced degree in management or a related field
