Programmer


Excellent long-term contractual opportunity in West Columbia for a Programmer with ASP Classic,  SQL, and C# or VB.NET


Responsibilities include working directly with three programmers and management team to find areas that programs can be improved, or built from the ground up. The goal is to improve company process efficiency; documenting programs that are created or changed. This person will work on multiple projects, and therefore, report to multiple managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree and limited experience.

Hours are either 7-3:30 or 8-4:30 Monday-Friday.

Hourly pay rate is $15-20/hr, based on level of experience.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least one year of related experience in a business environment working with ASP Classic, SQL and C# or VB.NET. Experience in ASP.net and VB 6 is a big plus.
Ability to communicate not only with management level, but also be able to clearly explain changes to staff level employees with limited computer knowledge.
College degree in programming or a related field is preferred, but not required.
