We are currently seeking a Programmer/System Analyst for a marketing technology company in the Louisville area.  You will be responsible for writing, coding, testing and analyzing software programs and applications; as well as researching, designing, documenting and modifying software specifications.  This is a direct hire position -- NOT CONTRACT.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Consistently write, translate and code software programs
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, and/or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Visual Basic.Net or C#.Net, ASP.NET
• Experience with HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and T-SQL preferred
• Experience in general network administration
• Experience developing client-side controls using ActiveX or Java a strong plus
• Understanding of coding methods and best practices
• Experience with relational database and operating systems, Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
• Some travel may be required for the purpose of off-site software installation
