PROJECT ARCHITECT

Full time employment position available immediately for a talented, creative and self-motivated Project Architect.

T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects, P.C. located in Haworth, NJ has a history of more than 25 years serving the needs of our clients with design excellence.   Projects include high-end residential, condominiums, mixed-use retail/residential, offices, design and site development, commercial and retail tenant improvements.

DESCRIPTION:

The work will consist of project design, building, fire and zoning code analysis, construction detail design, AUTOCAD and Chief Architect drafting for design and construction documents, presentation drawings, permit application and processing and construction phase services, and field measuring and documentation of existing buildings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A passion for architecture
  
• BS or BA in Architecture
  
• Licensed Architect a plus
  
• 2 –3 years CAD experience
  
• Attention to detail, design, completeness, accuracy and timeliness Strong writing and communication skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation will be based upon your skills, education and contribution level.  Salary is negotiated and benefits are customized for each employee.  We offer advancement potential in a pleasant work environment.
