PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a qualified Project Coordinator at our retail
customer’s corporate site in Natick, Massachusetts.  This individual is
in charge of communication and delivery of EAS (Electronic Article
Surveillance) and CCTV (closed circuit television) systems in North
America for our retail customer. 


 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


 


  • Provide internal project management of the account by
    coordinating efforts between the customer and Checkpoint to ensure
    timely and profitable installations and service of our EAS and CCTV
    products.
  • Communicate with the customer, sales team and
    internal departments to establish a quality installation program to
    include purchase order process, change order process, installation time
    line, training expectations, close out procedure and invoicing
    standards.  Ensure all installations are on track to meet completion
    dates.  Manage escalations as needed by Checkpoint or the customer
  • Interact
    with internal departments to create and maintain installation manuals,
    detail prints and other documentation as needed for quality
    installation packages
  • Work with the customer and internal
    departments to create and maintain user manuals, user cards and other
    documentation as needed for quality end user  packages
  • Attend meetings with sales people, customers or technical representatives as needed.
  • Provide daily customer service support for stores and staff including ordering equipment and trouble shoot various issues.
  • Provide daily customer service support to construction, contractors and field personnel, as well as Checkpoint technicians.
  • Liaisons on service ticket issues and follows up thru resolution.
  • Prepares and maintains monthly installation and service status and performance reports.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


 


  • 2 year degree in business and/or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years project management experience; preferably in construction environment or technical field.
  • Detail oriented and proven planning, follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability
    to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment and
    independently. Ability to work with multiple levels of people within
    the organization
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous EAS/CCTV security industry experience a plus
  • Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills.
